Plant Based Ceviche

Light, and refreshing!

Ingredients:
1/2 onion
1-2 limes
1 avocado
1 bunch of cilantro
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 can hearts of palm
2 tsp avocado oil
1/2 jalapeno
1 dulse flakes 
Grain free tortilla chips 
salt, pepper and chili powder to taste . 


Prep:
Chop up your onion, avocado, tomato, cilantro, cucumber, jalapeno, and avocado. 

Drain and rinse hearts of palm. Chop in to small chunks. 

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, dulse flakes, and chili powder to taste. Squeeze in the juice of 1-2 limes. 

Serve with grain free chips of your choice.
