- If you are experiencing cold/flu like symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19 we must reschedule to a later date.
- Please text and wait in your car upon arrival to your appointment. We will meet you at the front door when we are ready.
- Please no guests during your appointment..
- We charge 50% of the service price for any cancellations, schedule changes or no shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
- We do not honor refunds on services rendered, however in the case that you are not satisfied with the service, please let us know so that we may remedy the situation to the best of our ability.
- For the health and safety of our patrons and neighbors, we are sad to announce we cannot allow pets in the studio
- We reserve the right to refuse service
